這次是想要把最近跟說話有關的事情說出來
前情提要
三月開始使用智慧型手機以後,用了一款App叫做Noom,是在做減重和健康管理的app,有分一般版跟pro版,我一直都在使用一般版,畢竟這個app是英文的,data base關於中文資料其實很少,使用上有侷限性,通常我會使用的功能包含:每日小挑戰、每日小文章、計步器、log meal(可以計算你這餐大概吃了多少熱量)、log exercise(可以計算此次運動大概消耗多少熱量)、體重紀錄;Pro版號稱可以兩倍速減重,會把每日小挑戰和小文章增倍、新增食譜(完全控制熱量!!)、新增腰圍測量,還有一些我還沒搞懂的功能。
正題開始
昨天我收到了他們的廣告,last chance, summer fresh 83% off!!,關掉以後我突然驚覺這廣告是說1.7折!!! 是outlet東西的價格!!所以我就決定看一下這樣是多少錢,到了pro版的付款畫面,他跑出三種價格:
3.99/month 19.99/annual 39.99/lifetime
所以如果打1.7折分別會變成
0.68/month 3.40/annual 6.80/lifetime
可以說非常划算阿!!!當下我就買了一年份的
不過結帳以後我才發現我弄錯了,他上面所列的價格就是83% off,並不是另外再打折的....囧
而且過了30分鐘以後我又另外發現其實Google Play有退款政策,但要在購買的15分鐘內....大囧
但我在Noom pro購買介面有看到他有寫Google有自己的退款政策,而Noom的退款政策是只要顧客想退就能退!!
因此我決定寫封信去問問,內容如下:

If you don’t have your access code or email, please attach any email receipts or confirmations you do have in a response to this email.

上句那個PS才是非公式書信(換句話說就是比較有誠意的針對個別客戶的話),他說"如果你對在促銷價購買時出現了問題,別怕!(媽呀!我真的不知道最後一句We’ll always honor discounts if you made the effort to purchase before the cut-off day.確切意思是什麼,大致上猜測是他們的折扣絕對誠實之類的,所以我寫信說我英文沒好到看的懂是真的阿!!!)"
看到那個PS這麼說還有這封信,真的可以感到誠意十足,說實在話就算最後退不成我也沒這麼悶了,但既然有辦法退還是再問問,所以我又回信:

以我為例,我自認是個極其感性的人,但為了追求事物的真理,我要求自己極其理性,也因此有時讓認識我的人訝異於我原來這麼情感豐沛。
這次的事情我所寫的信,實際上也的確是我真實的想法,只是我面對人群或正式場合下是不會讓自己顯得這麼情緒化的,不過面對好心的人或公司就要善用情緒化的能力;如果今天這個情況是對方違反規定而我站的住腳的話,那麼全然的理性分析或許會是更好的解決方法!
為此我要寫這篇文章感謝Noom,而且為了感謝特別幫他們做了超連結~科科,雖然可能沒很多人看到,不過他們真得很棒,而且我從開始用到現在(快三個月)也瘦了5Kg左右(光是記錄熱量和改變飲食習慣就可以瘦不少了!!),請大家多多支持!
